Winemaking: Classic in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation 15 days at controlled temperature.

Tasting notes: Wine with a soft pink color, bright. From the perlage lively and persistent foam, has aromas of good intensity with floral scents of white and red flowers accompanied by fruity like apple, pear and hints of red fruit like strawberry and raspberry. The taste is fresh and on the palate it is pleasant and harmonious.

Food Pairing:  Excellent as an aperitif and also for appetizers; delicious if accompanied with fish and also frying; delicate with vegetables, slightly aged cheeses and fresh ones.
