Tasting notes: Clean and bright. Medium to high intensity with ruby red tonality and purple reflections. High aromatic intensity. Red fruits and fruits of the forest with a hint of sweet vanilla. On the palate fresh with rounds, silky tannin, medium bodied and structured, long and persistent with a hint of fruits of the forest and biscuits.
Food Pairing: Appetizers, sausages, rice, white meats and cheese.
