Winery: Bodegas Ossian
Winemaking: Fermented in 600L oak vats and aged for 9 months on its lees.
Tasting notes: Very bright and clean lemon yellow. On the nose great complexity, with a marked mineral accent, the wood still leaves its creamy imprint peeking out in the background, there is good ripe white fruit, floral notes and a citrus note. On the mouth exquisite texture, with great tension, very wide, endowed with a very good acidity.
Food Pairing: Seafood, white fish and appetizers.
Awards: 93 points Robert Parker
