Winemaking: Fermented with its own yeasts from our Xarel·lo plots. Bottled after 6 months aging with its lees in temperature-controlled tanks.

Tasting notes: Berries on the nose with a vegetal background typical for this variety. Fresh in mouth, fruity and dry and good pass.

Food Pairing:  Young and fresh wine, ideal for appetizers, tapas, seafood, salads and entrees.
