Winemaking:  Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the most important strains in the wine world. Due to its nature, it is a variety that is highly adaptable to different terroirs. An intense reduction of kilos per hectare is carried out to achieve homogeneous and excellent maturity of the clusters, allowing a high concentration of color, aromatic compounds and mature tannins to be obtained.

Tasting notes: Bright red plum. On the nose vanilla, black olives, chocolate and spices. On the palate elegant balance between fruit and wood.
