Tasting notes: Dark purple with bright edges. On the nose great expression and impressive aromatic potential. On the palate great concentration of sweet and ripe tannins, very good body, prolonged and elegant finish.

Food Pairing:  The noticeable tannins make this blend make it an excellent choice to match with steak and other red meat dishes. Keep seasoning simple, such as salt and pepper.
