Winery Story
About Bodegas Aiurri:
Founded near Leza in the Rioja Alavesa region, Aiurri works with old-vine parcels in the shadow of the Toloño mountains. Grapes are grown organically, hand-harvested, and vinified parcel-by-parcel with spontaneous fermentation in French oak and concrete. 2021 was aged 16 months in oak and 3 months in concrete, showcasing the region’s limestone soils and fresh Atlantic-continental climate
