Winemaking:  Grapes from our selected plots of Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec with traditional vinification of each variety separately in search of their maximum expression.
Aged for 12 months separately in which Malbec stayed in American oak while Cabernet Sauvignon does it in French oak.

Tasting notes: Intense garnet with violet edges. Notes of black fruit and red fruit such as plums, blackberries and blueberries. Friendly, balanced, presence of ripe tannins.

Pairing: Roasted, stewed or grilled red meats. Also stuffed pasta with seasoned sauces.
