Tasting Notes

Deep ruby-purple. Aromas of blackberry, espresso-chocolate, lavender, and plum. Rich flavors of cassis, black plum, rose petal, cocoa, licorice, and orange zest emerge on the palate, framed by polished tannins and vibrant acidity for a long, textured finish 

Food Pairing

Perfect with grilled lamb chops, Iberico pork, game meats, mushroom stew, and aged manchego cheese. Spanish roasting and hearty fare match beautifully 

Aging & Cellaring

Enjoy from 2023 up to 2035. While approachable now, it benefits from decanting or short-term cellaring to soften bold tannins and integrate oak
