Winemaking: They are made using the Traditional Champenoise method according to the creative concepts of the author.

Tasting notes: Elaborated with the champenoise method. Slightly golden yellow color. Intense aromas of aging with its citrus fruit. It has a powerful entrance, excellent tour with a vivid and fine bubble.

Food Pairing:  Appetizers, sausages and cold cuts, toast, lasagna, cannelloni, paella, seafood, oily fish, fish with sauce.
