Winemaking: Macerated using the ‘pump over’ technique. Fermented in Stainless steel tanks for 10 days. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 20 months. Bottled, and aged for 6 months.

Tasting notes: Ruby red with garnet reflections. Raspberry and black currant typical of the vine with read spicy notes. Rich in body on the palate, rightly tannic and structured, with good acidity.

Food Pairing:  This wine pairs well with beef, pasta, veal, venison, pork, roasted vegetables, and cheeses.
