Winemaking: A careful selection of the cluster was carried out, a pre-fermentation maceration of 2 days was carried out, fermentation at a controlled temperature for 15 days and post-fermentation maceration for 20 days. The wine was aged in French and American oak barrels with different toasts of first and second use for 3 years and 2 and a half years in the bottle.
Tasting notes: Intense red color Expressive aroma, rich in ripe black fruits, spices, chocolate, coffee, and vanilla. Structured and fleshy palate with fine and voluminous tannins. Complex, long and balanced finish.
