Winery Story
Ossian Vides y Vinos sources Verdejo from ancient (pre-phylloxera) ungrafted vineyards in Nieva (Segovia), grown organically and vinified under Burgundian guidance. Quintaluna is fermented in French oak barrels, offering both finesse and depth. The estate emphasizes minimal intervention and high-altitude expression (~900 m) from sandy limestone terroirs
