Designed for long ageing: ready to drink from 2025, will continue evolving through 2040+ with tertiary complexity emerging over time.

Winery Story
Pago de Carraovejas was founded by José María Ruiz in Peñafiel, Ribera del Duero—a top benchmark estate in Spain. Cuesta de las Liebres is a high-altitude vineyard (~850 m) planted in 1992, harvested by hand and vinified to express terroir purity. This cuvée is only produced in exceptional years, limited to around 8,000 bottles per vintage.
