Winemaking: Vinification by plot. Maceration 10-15 days malolactic fermentation. Fermentation temperature 24ºC

Tasting notes: An intense ruby color with aromas of berries and dark chocolate characterizes this Tannat. In the mouth it shows its smoky notes with hints of vanilla and spices. Great structure and ripe tannins.

Food Pairing: Red and white meats, stews, soft cheeses and pasta with creamy sauces.
