Winemaking: Strain of Galician origin that has adapted magnificently to our terroir. During the summer, in our region of Canelón Chico, the climate offers us a great thermal amplitude that favors the optimal maturity of the clusters, providing freshness, acidity and ideal structure for this Albariño.

Tasting notes: Wine of a limpid color, straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose is reminiscent of fresh apple and herbaceous notes.In the mouth it has citrus and tropical aromas such as lime and pineapple. Very fresh, with high acidity and an elegant finish.

Food Pairing: Ideal to accompany seafood and fish, as well as soft cheeses and crispy doughs.
