Tasting notes: Deep red color with bluish violet hues. Its aroma recalls a wide range of red and black fruits, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries and blueberries. On the palate it is very elegant and surprises with its fruity expressiveness With a pleasant entry, meaty and complex development accompanied by sweet tannins and a balanced acidity.

Food Pairing:  Its ideal pairing would be a vegetable and chicken lasagna with fileto sauce, as well as a shredded meat accompanied by potatoes and sweet potatoes
