Tasting notes: It has a straw yellow color, with fine bubbles and a balanced and constant rising bubble. Its aroma is intense, with hints of citrus, fresh fruit and white flowers. The taste is balanced, creamy and fresh, with finesse and elegance without losing its youthfulness.

Food Pairing: Indispensable in any party. Ideal during the meal. Great on desserts.
