Winemaking: Alcohol fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aged for 6 months in used oak barrels.
Tasting notes: Deep ruby color with blackberries and dark chocolate aroma. In mouth you can fell smoky notes with hints of vanilla and spices. Full-bodied with firm but polished tannins.
Food Pairing: Pasta dishes and meat.
