Winemaking:  From the excellent 2020 vintage this wine was produced from select small parcels of our best Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Tannat and Petit Verdot harvested by hand from the estate. The four varieties were vinified separately and then aged in new French oak barrels for 12 months. Only the best barrels are selected for this Premium wine and then blend was aged a further 12 months in French oak in order to enhance its complexity and to ensure that the finished wine reflects both the passion and commitment of the Pizzorno family.

Tasting notes: Dark purple color, with shiny edges. On the nose notes of black fruit and red fruit such as plums, blackberries and blueberries. The complexity on the nose is repeated on the palate, with very ripe red fruits standing out, a fleshy wine, structured with toasted notes, excellent balance of well-integrated wood, subtle notes of tobacco and spices. Long and persistent finish.

Pairing: Ideal for red meats, lamb, high-grain dishes and strong cheeses.
