Winemaking: Classic in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation 15 days at controlled temperature.

Tasting notes: At harvest time it is selected under strict analytical and sensory controls to balance the acidity with the alcohol. The delicate care in the contact time between juice and pomace allows to obtain a bright pink color and complex aromas of red fruits and flowers.

Food Pairing:  Seafood, white fish and appetizers.
