Winemaking:  Fermentation in temperature controlled steel tanks and lagares followed by an extended maceration on skins. Aging: for 14 months in French oak barrels before bottling and 6 months in bottle.

Tasting notes: Aroma of ripe fruits with notes of blackberry and blueberry full-bodied palate, well balanced persistent finish.
