Winemaking: Classic in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation 15 days at controlled temperature.

Tasting notes: Crafted under the influence of the Atlantic Ocean and elaborated with Loureiro, Trajadura and Arinto. It’s citric color combines with its flourish aroma. It’s fresh and delightful with an aerated semi-sparkling end.

Food Pairing:  Seafood, white fish and appetizers.
