Winemaking: 15 months in 40% American and 60% French oak barrels, the rest in bottles.

Tasting notes: Clean and bright. Ruby red of medium to high intensity and brick red reflections from its evolution. On the nose high aromatic intensity of very ripe, red and black fruits with a second layer of spiced notes. On the palate structured full-bodied and intense tannins rounded by aging. Long with a final touch of ripened, black fruits and spices (clove).

Food Pairing: Stewed and grilled meat, large game.
