Winemaking:  When the alcoholic fermentation ends, the skins are left in contact with the wine for another 30 days. Aged for at least 1 year in oak barrels.

Tasting notes: On the nose it has intense notes reminiscent of spices such as cardamom and green pepper along with aromas of cassis, malt and a smoky background with dark chocolate. In the mouth it presents itself with a light attack, a present body and a medium astringency. It has a medium intensity on the palate and a friendly and long finish.

Food Pairing:  Ideal to combine with risotto or sweet and sour pork and roast potatoes.
