Winemaking: Traditional vinification of each variety separately in search of the maximum expression of each variety. Aged for 12 months in barrels. Tannat in American oak while Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon do it in French oak. The final cut is made and as a whole they are aged for 6 months in French oak.

Tasting notes: Violet of high intensity with bright edges. On the palate black fruits, spices, and cedar. On the mouth sweet and round tannins. End prolonging and elegant..
