Winemaking: Between 1 and 2 years in aging and the rest in vessels on lees.
Tasting notes: Aromas of dried fruit, plums, raisins and notes of chocolate and coconut provided by wood. Soft tannins, great body and a long and pleasant finish in the mouth. Very round and delicate.
Food Pairing: Ideal to accompany hard and spicy cheeses, meat or vegetable stews, grilled red meats, grilled meats, roast lamb, meat pies.
