Tasting notes: Intense, long and very complex aromas and flavors. Pleasant taste of dried fruits typical of the variety. Round and a very balanced acidity. Warm, soft and with sweet tannins.
Food Pairing: Sautéed poultry with vegetables, mushrooms and soy sauce. Dry pasta in sauces with tomatoes. Grilled lean meats.
